Learing at fixed hours

Even if this sounds very annoying, it has a number of benefits::

• It ensures that one continues to learn.
• You adapt to a rhythm and your head will be tuned for input at the right time of day.
• It is easier to justify to others (partner, parents, kids, flatmates; dogs don't care) that you can not spare five minutes right now. If you do not keep fixed times, then the answer "No, I have to learn right now" will sound like an excuse.
