There are a number of ways to get help with memomo:

• The FAQ answer some of the most often asked questions.
• If you have problems with registering a new user, the help for new users explains which informations are required and why.
• Help statistics describes what the numbers displayed every 20 steps and on the statistics page mean and how a single terms moves through the different levels of the box.
• You can search the site with the search box on every page or the dedicated search page.
• And if you cannot find the answer you are seeking by any of these ways, you can contact us by email at help@memomo.net. Be warned though that it often takes us some time to respond.
