Superlearning
Superlearning was developed in Bulgaria. It is said (by the inventors) to hold fantastic possibilities. The basic principle is to learn in a relaxed state. (Relaxed means not focused on the "learning matter"/subject). Your brain can absorb information better in in this relaxed (so called Alpha) state than in a very concentrated (so called Beta) state. The reason why you forget less with superlearning is that you already unconsciously have the subject in your mind before you start to repeating it.
So superlearning means learning in 2 steps:
- step 1: Take in information in a relaxed state
- step 2: Then learn (or better: repeat) the same information in a concentrated state
You won't forget it that easily.
